ORDERING INFORMATION

We use PayPal to process online payments. Please visit the PayPal website (www.paypal.com) to read their excellent secure payment information. If you are still not comfortable shopping online and would like to make a purchase, please e-mail us to work out another payment option. We are happy to accept personal checks and will ship to you as soon as your check has cleared!

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please email us if you prefer different shipping.

All items are shipped within 48 hours of receiving order. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know and will give you a ship date. We make everything ourselves, so the delay in shipping is usually minimal.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Returns are few and far between. Please advise us within 3 days of receipt if your order is not correct or if it arrived damaged. We will gladly pick up the tab for the return shipping.
